The Spirit of Excellence – Riviera 5400 Sport Yacht
Palm Beach Premiere
Following her World Premiere at Yachts Miami Beach last month, the 5400 Sport Yacht was immediately acclaimed as setting a new standard for luxury single-level living, cruising and entertaining yachts over 50-feet.
The new 5400 is remarkably roomy and brimming with features that enhance the time afloat of her fortunate owners.
“Even before you step aboard you will notice that the award-winning Riviera team has created an entirely fresh design with a sleek new profile along with stylish hull windows and portholes, recessed for enhanced protection and aesthetic appeal,” said Riviera’s international sales director, Chris McCafferty.
“The 5400 genuinely abounds with volume throughout her massive entertainer’s cockpit, her luxurious salon and all the way through to her three-stateroom/two-bathroom accommodation deck where a full-beam master stateroom serves as a private retreat.”
The 5400 Sport Yacht has a sports-inspired centerline helm and is powered by the Volvo Penta IPS2-800 pod drives with twin D11 engines (2 x 626hp/441kW), achieving a cruising range of 300 nautical miles at 26 knots, depending on load and sea conditions.
Joysticks at the helm and in the cockpit enable a skipper, either solo or with a notice crew, to be able to easily maneuver the yacht by simply push and twist the joystick to make the yacht respond immediately, pivoting in place or tracking sideways into a tight berth.
The optional IPS2-950 with twin D11 engines (2 x 725hp/533kW) and pod drive units achieve a cruising range of 347 nautical miles at 28 knots, depending on load and sea conditions.
Riviera 52 Enclosed Flybridge – The Future Is Now
Palm Beach Premiere
The new Riviera 52 Enclosed Flybridge is testament to the luxury marque’s commitment to being one of the best motor yacht builders in the world.
“The 52 Enclosed is a three-stateroom/two-bathroom accommodation design with all staterooms equal in size, so the master is able to be located forward or aft. She also features innovative new flybridge and new cockpit layouts as well as a superbly equipped aft galley that openly connects to the cockpit via the large awning window and sliding salon door,” said Mr McCafferty.
“This new model – powered by Volvo Penta’s IPS2-950 with twin D11 engines (2 x 725hp/533kW) and pod drive units and with joysticks at the helm and in the cockpit – features a forward and modern command console and dash with enough room for three 17-inch screens as well as a raft of features from bow sprit to swim platform that enhance her onboard livability and lifestyle attributes.”
The 52 Enclosed Flybridge from Riviera with IPS2-950 has a cruising range of approximately 378 nautical miles at 25 knots, depending on load and sea conditions.
Riviera 6000 Sport Yacht – Presidential Design
Palm Beach Premiere
The new Presidential Design for the supremely stylish 6000 Sport Yacht confirms her credentials as ‘the ultimate in on-water luxury’.
“The Presidential Design provides an enlarged floor plan for the full-beam master stateroom, creating an even more expansive and luxurious private retreat for owners, with additional storage and a casual dining and sitting area complemented by the hallmark premium level of comfort and opulence in the master ensuite bathroom that our owners have come to expect from Riviera,” said Mr Longhurst.
“The Riviera 6000 Sport Yacht has proven extremely popular worldwide with luxury boating enthusiasts. She features our legendary blue-water performance, contemporary hull windows and portholes, a large open cockpit with BBQ center and undercover seating, electric sliding sunroofs and fixed skylights, a very impressive sports-styled helm, luxurious and flexible three or four-stateroom accommodation options and three bathrooms, as well as a multipurpose utility room or optional crew cabin.”

The Inboard Propulsion Sydney offers two joysticks for superior handling and maneuvering in tight quarters, impressive fuel efficiency, low noise levels, long cruising range and a high top-end speed.
The Riviera 6000 Sport Yacht with IPS2-950 has a cruising range of approximately 401 nautical miles at 22 knots, depending on load and sea conditions.
World leader in innovation and design
Riviera is renowned internationally for its willingness to embrace new technology and legendary build quality and this will certainly be on display with all its latest models at Palm Beach International Boat Show on the IntraCoastal Waterway on Flagler Drive, with direct access to the Riviera/Grande Yachts display in Palm Beach from Ramp 7.
All Riviera models feature the intuitive and easy-to-use CZone digital switching technology. For peace of mind, Rivieras also have a forward watertight collision bulkhead, separate compartments throughout the hull and a solid fiberglass laminate below the waterline.
There is also designed-in and convenient access to key maintenance points throughout each yacht, ensuring ease of future service and maintenance procedures.
“Of course, this thoughtful, built-to-last consideration for our Riviera family of owners is just one part of our ethos of doing all we can to help our yacht owners enjoy: ‘the ultimate boating experience’,” said Mr Longhurst.
